About Heidi
I am a certified Adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I have my Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree. I have worked in a variety of care settings, including acute care, primary care, diabetes education. I have been a nurse practitioner in long-term care and have experience in outpatient care.
