About Chad
My name is Chad, and I’ve spent more than two decades working as a paramedic and teaching the next generation of EMS providers — first as a full-time instructor, then continuing to teach for over a decade while working offshore in emergency medical and safety roles. I’ve been NREMT-certified since 2005, and I’ve taught every level from First Responder through Paramedic to national and state standards.
I know the pressure of a psychomotor skills exam firsthand, both as someone who has evaluated candidates and as someone who once sat in that chair myself. Sessions are patient, hands-on, and built around wherever you’re struggling most — there’s no one-size-fits-all lesson plan here.
I also currently hold active instructor authorization through the American Heart Association, with American Red Cross and MEDIC First Aid credentials in progress, so I can support students regardless of which certifying body their program uses.

Method:
Pair the clinical “why” with hands-on “how.” 20+ years teaching EMT–Paramedic, full-time then rotational alongside real offshore/ambulance work — real cases, not textbook ones. Specialty: psychomotor skills coaching, where most students lose points.
Lesson plan sequence:
Diagnose weak spot → review → drill the skill against the real checklist → timed mock exam → what to practice next.
