About Sulender
I am an experienced, qualified teacher and instructor with over 17 years of experience in teaching karate,self defense martial arts,kick boxing,boxing and have 4 years of experience in teaching power yoga.
I am certified Black belt shodan holder.
I trained karate to NSG (National Security Guard).in G.K. 2 hombodojo delhi,Shimla and in Sri-nagar camp.

When I teach kids i try to focus on play. Have great variety in exercises, movements and lesson content – and try to be as clear and non-confusing as possible by always giving brief and short instructions.as an instructor,I taught classes both physically and mentally.
