About James
Former college athlete and current coach wants to work with you on your skills and perfect your goalkeeping ability. I am currently pursuing my US Soccer Class D license and have a deeply rooted foundation in education. My time playing mixed with the variety of injuries during my time aid me in understanding how to deal with the mental strain this position can put them through in addition to working on improving their skills and ability.

Typical sessions are 1 hours in length and start with a goalkeeper specific warm up before moving into a combination of drills focusing a variety of skills that include things like passing, dives, claims, decision making, positioning, form, and much more. I also do film review upon request addressing the same topics listed above.
Our first session is primarily used as a way to establish a baseline level of ability and to allow me the chance to track progress and understand problem areas in your game. From there each session will work to improve your most in need area's while reinforcing your good habits in between.
