I’m a life coach who believes our stories—where we come from, what we’ve lived through, and what we’ve survived—matter deeply. I’m originally from Philadelphia and currently living in Atlanta, two cities that have shaped my resilience, perspective, and appreciation for diverse people, cultures, and life paths. Certified and trained through The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology to deliver effective, evidence-based support. Drawing from strength-based strategies, I empower clients to develop resilient communication skills and cultivate meaningful connections. We go beyond reflection to focus on actionable growth, exploring emotional depth while building a practical roadmap for your future.
