What I appreciate most about Srinjoyee is her belief that every child deserves to feel capable, understood, and included in the classroom. She wants to make Physics and Maths less intimidating for students, especially those who are neurodivergent and may have struggled with conventional teaching methods.

As someone with ADHD herself, Srinjoyee brings a personal understanding of how differently people can learn. Rather than expecting every student to understand a concept in the same way, she believes in breaking difficult topics into smaller, simpler steps and finding explanations that make sense to the individual student.

Her goal goes beyond helping children score better marks. She wants them to stop seeing themselves as weak students simply because they learn differently. She wants them to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and taking the time they need to understand something properly.

I think what makes her approach meaningful is the empathy behind it. She knows how discouraging learning can feel when you don't understand something as quickly as others, and she wants to create the kind of supportive learning environment where no child feels left behind. Her patience, determination, and genuine desire to help others make her someone who could have a positive impact on the way children experience learning.

Hi I am Anwesha, a friend of srinjoyee, Srinjoyee's goal is to teach children with neurodivergence physics and maths so that they don't feel left out and feel like they are less. Srinjoyee herself suffers from ADHD and with her own hardwork she has gained the position to teach other students who suffer from other mental conditions. She is patient and caring and she explains concepts the way she understood those herself. She is a great teacher with great intentions
