About Spriha
I don't approach this work from textbooks or clinical theory; I approach it because I have lived it.
For years, I was consumed by the chaos in my own mind. I went through a phase of depression where I let loneliness quietly sweep me away, watching myself drift further and further from who I actually was. Coming back didn't happen through quick fixes or forced positivity. It happened through the quiet, honest work of turning inward and understanding why my mind operated the way it did.
Today, I can confidently say that my mind is a beautiful, grounded place I keep going back to again and again.
I share this so you know who is sitting across from you. I know how heavy the noise gets and how isolating it feels. If you are currently lost in your own thoughts or trying to make sense of your internal world, I am here as a direct, human mirror to help you navigate your way back to clarity.

A Human Connection, Free of Jargon:
I am not a therapist, and I do not treat these conversations like clinical assessments. You will not find diagnostic labels, technical jargon, or rigid psychological frameworks here.
Instead, this is a direct, human-to-human space. We sit down, cut through the surface chatter, and get to know you as a complete person: your core motivations, your default reactions, your blind spots, and the silent rules you have lived by for years without questioning them.
