About Becky

My name is Becky Jeptoo Kiptoo, I am from Baringo County, Tugen community. I grew up speaking Tugen at home, Swahili and English at school. Now I live in Nakuru. I love our Kalenjin culture, our stories, songs, and values.

I want to teach because our Tugen language is beautiful and few people outside know it. I want to share it with the world and also help foreigners who want to learn real Kenyan Swahili. I am patient, friendly, honest, and I love teaching. Let's be friends and learn

About the lesson

Chamgei! I am Becky, native Tugen speaker from Baringo and fluent Swahili teacher living in Nakuru.

My lessons are simple, fun and very practical. I teach using real conversations, not boring books. For Tugen, you will learn greetings, family names, numbers, culture, and how runners greet in Iten. For Swahili, you will learn how Kenyans really speak daily — market, matatu, friends.

I teach on WhatsApp video, Zoom, or Google Meet. I give you notes, voice notes, and homework. Beginner friendly, patient, and I explain in English. Karibu! First 15 minutes free trial to know each other
