About Meaghan Elisabeth
I have been a student most of my life. I went to high school in Russia, studied philosophy in Greece and then finished graduate education in the United States. I have traveled through most of the world, I have lived on a Caribbean island, on an Indian reservation in Montana, and in a Monastery on Lesvos. I have spent a lot of time road tripping in the US and just living life and it has been awesome:) I have completed degrees in political science, biology, pre- medicine, counseling and theology and I am hoping to become a medical doctor. As for languages, I have studied Latin, Greek, Russian and German but I have a special love for the Norwegian language which is my native language. Throughout my academic career I developed a passion for tutoring and I love sharing my culture and language with other students. I teach Norwegian via zoom using "The Mystery of Nils" and the "Sett i Gang" textbooks. None of my students study the same way, they each have individual plans and work through things differently. Some of my students want to practice conversation only, others are preparing for the B1/B2 exams and work on reading, rhetoric and grammar, while others only want to learn more about Norwegian living and our culture. Regardless of your level, I will help you where you are and get you to where you want to go:)
