About Fengming
I am a University of Queensland undergraduate and native Mandarin speaker with 20 years of life experience in China. I aim to help learners strengthen their Mandarin listening and speaking. I have obtained National Mandarin Proficiency Test Level 2 Grade A, equivalent to the requirement for Chinese teachers in China. I look forward to supporting you with your Mandarin study.

I adopt a step-by-step tutoring style and am passionate and patient. Having an understanding of the challenges second-language learners face, I have developed my own set of practice methods to support your progress.
I hold National Mandarin Proficiency Test Level 2 Grade A, a certification demonstrating standard pronunciation equivalent to qualified Chinese language teachers in China.
I believe listening and speaking are the core of language learning and will focus heavily on improving your oral and aural skills to boost your overall Mandarin ability.
Lessons can last 1–2 hours, flexible by negotiation. My Mandarin tutoring is open to learners of all ages, anyone eager to learn Mandarin is welcome.

Feng Ming is absolutely wonderful - patient, enthusiastic, and such a lively yet professional guy. He has his own ideas and pace, and he's really great value for money. He's actually teaching Chinese properly. The only thing is his English might not be that great, but I think that's very genuine, and I need an environment where I can practice Chinese, so my English level isn't that important to me. His English is more than enough to help me with my questions
