About Charlotte
I am a Durham University Philosophy student and native French speaker, raised between France and the UK. French has always been at the heart of my identity — I completed my French Baccalauréat with Mention Très Bien, the highest distinction, with specialisations in Geopolitics, Philosophy and English Literature.
I want to teach because I genuinely love helping people grow and reach their potential. To me, the most exciting moment is when a student stops translating in their head and just… speaks. That is my goal for every single student — to get you truly conversational in French, confident enough to hold a real conversation, travel, work, or simply enjoy the language.
My lessons are relaxed, fun and built around you. No boring textbook drills — just real French, real conversations and a learning experience that actually sticks. If you have always wanted to speak French properly but found it intimidating, I am here to make it enjoyable and achievable.
