About Danny
Learning a new language as an adult is one of the most humbling and rewarding experiences a person can go through. I know this firsthand. I learned English as an adult, navigating the challenge of making myself understood, managing an accent, and building confidence word by word. That journey gave me something no qualification alone can provide: genuine empathy for what my students are going through.
French is my mother tongue. I was born into it, educated entirely in it, and I use it every single day in my professional life. When I teach, I bring both sides of the experience, the natural, effortless fluency of a native speaker, and the hard-earned understanding of what it feels like to be the learner in the room.
My lessons are relaxed, encouraging, and judgment-free. There is no such thing as a silly question, and making mistakes is not only expected, it is part of the process. My goal is simple: to make you feel comfortable, capable, and excited about speaking French.
Whether you are just starting out or looking to finally break through that wall between knowing French and actually speaking it, I am here to help you get there — at your pace, on your terms.

My lessons are designed with one clear goal: to make you comfortable stepping into a real French conversation, not just understanding textbook French, but living language as it is actually spoken.
As a native French speaker educated and professionally active entirely in French, I bring authentic fluency that goes beyond grammar and vocabulary. My approach focuses on ear training, natural expression, and building the confidence to hold your own in any French-speaking environment. A key part of my method involves exposing students to the richness and variety of the French language as it exists across different communities and regions, something that makes a profound difference when you encounter French in the real world.
Lessons are conducted in French and English, and are tailored to your level, whether you are an absolute beginner, an intermediate learner looking to break through a plateau, or someone who simply wants to sharpen their conversational fluency. No two students are the same, and neither are my lessons.
If your goal is to truly understand and be understood in French, you are in the right place.
