He is a native French speaker, I met him at University where I used to have French lessons from him. He gave me really good advice in order to improve my fluency, in addition he enriched my vocabulary.
His high knowledge in English allows him to explain himself pretty good when there is the necessity to explain something like: how to build a sentence, so I advice him for beginners too.

Every conversation I have had with the gentleman has been abounding with a plethora of information from a variety of interests he holds. Arthur has a diverse understanding across many subjects, which he often references to make his explanations clearer - the mark of an excellent educator. There are few others I could endorse as wholeheartedly as him.
