About Susie
My name is Susie Rebelo. I used to teach 2nd grade English, Portuguese and German. Now I teach privately. Lessons are online only at the moment and are normally individual lessons, albeit joint lessons may occasionally be arranged. I can teach English from small kids to adults, up to C2 level.
I also work as a translator - I am a business partner at TranslatorsVillage.
I speak 6 languages: English, Portuguese (native) | Spanish (fluent) | German, French and Italian (intermediate)

My teaching method is based on phonetics and semantics, which are the basis for speaking in general.
Students can learn to pronounce words correctly. I have written 3 modules that I use as an initiation course for my adult students. For children, I use part of module I and then follow the School Programme/Content for English plus a little more, so that they are always ahead of class.
