About Tommye-Lynn
Hello! My name is Tommye-Lynn, and I am a native English speaker who enjoys helping others learn and grow in their language skills. I taught English in Japan for 18 months, which gave me a deeper appreciation for Japanese culture and helped me understand the challenges Japanese learners may face when learning English.
I enjoy creating a supportive and relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing and asking questions. My goal is to help students build confidence in speaking while also improving grammar, pronunciation, and everyday communication skills.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy learning about different cultures, storytelling, and creative activities. I look forward to meeting students and helping them reach their English learning goals!
