About Jessica
My international schooling and background have instilled in me a love for languages and theatre. In the past, I taught Dutch to elementary school children once a week and tutored middle school students in Spanish. I have also enjoyed giving acting workshops. I will graduate from my IPGCE, International Postgraduate Certificate in Education mid 2022.

I recently finished my IPGCE (International Post-Graduate Certificate in Education) from the University of Sheffield, making me a qualified teacher. I am also a MA graduate in Classical Acting and my training has taught me not to be afraid of making mistakes. This is why I would like to create a space where you feel safe to explore and express yourself.

Perfect! Jessica has a well-organized lesson plan and teaches Dutch in an engaging, pleasant way. It is especially helpful that she is a native speaker and can explain the nuances of the language.

Jessica has very good knowledge of the subject she teaches preparing her resources thoroughly and to meet the needs of the student. She has helped me understand concepts that I previously did not understand and has many ways to help you to practise a skill. Jessica is also reliable and flexible in how and when she delivers the lessons. Being a teacher myself, I really appreciate how much time and effort she invests into her lessons to make them purposeful.
