About Mireia
I am a technical architect, and during my university years I have been a private and group teacher of English, Spanish and Catalan. With almost 10 years of experience as a private teacher (some of my students have kept them all this time and we are already great friends!) And with many students who support me, with experience as a language teacher in Spain and abroad: in 2014 I worked as a native Spanish teacher in Hong Kong for almost 6 months. My methodology is very adapted to my student. We can see what your strengths are and give special emphasis to your weak points. In general, I usually divide the classes into thirds. The first third is conversation: entertaining questions about the weekend, your vacations, the movies that you like the most ... For the most introverted students, if I see that it is difficult to establish a fluent conversation, I usually recommend a book in the language that We are practicing, we read it at the same time and we discuss it in the meeting sessions. The second third is usually to review the last topic of treated grammar in about 5 minutes, and start a new one. The last third we do an oral or scrutinized exercise to settle the knowledge practiced. The methodology is very flexible and can be adapted to the student as much as necessary.
