About Nicole
Hi! I’m a passionate language enthusiast with a deep love for languages, cultures, and meaningful communication. As a native Cantonese speaker born and raised in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, I bring not only language skills but also cultural insight to my lessons. I enjoy sharing the richness of Cantonese—from useful daily phrases to fun slang and unique idioms used in everyday Hong Kong life. My goal is to help learners not just speak Cantonese, but feel connected to the culture behind the words. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Birmingham, which has deepened my understanding of language, storytelling, and cross-cultural expression. With this background, I strive to make my lessons both educational and engaging.
