A background in Kinesiology and a personal trainer certification allow me to understand what fits you best in the most scientific way. And my experience as a Volleyball player for 12+ years gives me a better understanding of the commitment, passion, and struggles from an athlete's perspective.

Using the most up-to-date and science-based knowledge in order to plan and schedule your personal training journey with me.
Every lesson is tailored to your goals, such as fat/weight loss, reducing body circumference, muscle building, and overall health and wellness related to sports and physical activities.
Basic nutrition guidelines will be provided to support a better, more successful outcome on your journey.
The lesson will best fit those individuals who are new to exercise, want to lose weight, enhance basic athletic performance, want to touch base on getting to the gym, or are interested in being healthier in all respects.
