About Елизавета
Why I Do This Work: More Than Just ‘Therapy’
**1. Because I Believe in the Power of ‘Cultural Bridges’ **
Growing up between worlds — post-Soviet roots and Western life — I know how it feels to be torn between "who you are" and "who you’re expected to be." Many of us carry invisible burdens: shame for needing help, guilt for prioritizing ourselves, or fear of being "too much" or "not enough."
**I want to create a space where your cultural background isn’t a barrier — it’s a key to healing.**
**2. Because ‘Integrative’ Means We Fight *Your* Battles, Not Generic Ones ️**
Anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout don’t come from a textbook. They’re shaped by your unique story: family dynamics, societal pressures, even the unspoken rules of your upbringing ("не выделяйся," "терпи").
**I blend CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy not because it’s trendy — but because *you* deserve tools that fit *your* life, not a one-size-fits-all manual.**
**3. Because I’ve Seen Silence Destroy Potential — And I Refuse to Let It Win **
So many brilliant people come to me saying: *"Я справлюсь сам(а)"* — until they can’t. The stigma around mental health in our community isn’t just "tradition" — it’s a trap.
**I want to be the person I needed years ago: someone who says, "Asking for help isn’t weakness. It’s how we rewrite the script."**
**4. Because Growth Isn’t About ‘Fixing’ You — It’s About Freeing You **
Therapy with me isn’t a lecture about "positive thinking." It’s a collaboration. Together, we’ll:
- Dig into *why* you feel stuck (even if it’s uncomfortable),
- Challenge beliefs that no longer serve you (like "надо терпеть"),
- Build a self-esteem that’s unshakable — not dependent on others’ approval.

Why Choose Me?
**Integrative Approach = Your Unique Needs Come First**
No generic advice. We blend CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to tackle *your* triggers, traumas, and goals.
**"Я понимаю вас без перевода"**
Born in a post-Soviet culture? I get it. We’ll work through guilt, and perfectionism *without judgment*.
**Science Meets Soul**
No cults, no pseudoscience. Just methods backed by research — adapted to fit *your* mindset and lifestyle in the UK.
**Proven Results, Real Stories**
