About the lesson

We start the classes with warm-up exercies (pre warm-up; folded, released...), we continiue with exercices of turns, leg lifts, small and large jumps and finish classes with choregraphy. This exercies will of course understand the fundamentals of dance (times, spaces, weight, movement) and will be adapted to the discipline taught. I often propose stretching in midle or end of the class. Sometimes we will do workshops, improvisation, etc. The level will be adapted and I would like to accompany you towards constant progression and a pleasure of dancing. Finally, I can adapt to your requests and needs for private lessons.
