About Tulika
I am a certified yoga instructor as well as prabhakar in Hindustani classical music
& practising Nada Yoga for many years.
I try to create my meditation classes based on music. i.e. Nada yoga. I also take pranayam classes & joint movement class esp. of older people.
I can guide you about chanting, sound healing, yogic kriyas, yogic philpsophy as well.
