About Max
I am an Engineering Graduate from Durham who played guitar in bands all through university, playing covers and original songs and performing at open mics. I have experience in performing and can offer guidance to those who want to make a start at playing in front of people.
I also have experience writing original songs both by myself and co-writing with singer songwriter's over zoom. I am able to teach the art and craft of writing an original song and how to improve your melodies and lyric writing

My teaching method is mainly song based as I have found this to be the most rewarding method of teaching as it keeps the student engaged and motivated. Practical skills and technique are learnt in relation to practical applications such as this.
