About Madison
I am a collegiate music student at the University of Alabama. I have been giving private lessons since 2013 and have extensive experience teaching concepts to ages 3 to young adult. I have been involved heavily in music for upwards of 10 years.

In teaching, I find that you must know your individual student. My general approach is to prompt the student to learn through experience. I find it much more effective to steer a student in the right direction than to give long explanations. Above all, I believe firmly in challenging students with the material they work on while also giving them pieces they will enjoy.
