About Jonathan
I am currently a Music Education Major at Eastern Michigan University where I currently study with Dr. Ross Turner. I have been playing the trumpet for 8 years. In high school I was principal trumpet of my school's symphonic band; I performed in the Dearborn Youth Symphony Orchestra; I was the Drum Major of my high schools marching band my junior and senior year. I am currently a member of EMU's Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra and Marching Band.

My lessons will focus on the fundamentals of Trumpet playing. Building a strong foundation on which to explore various genres of music. We will work on both technical exercises as well as performance repertoire, according the the student's progress level.
