About Jiya
I know firsthand how overwhelming stress, self-doubt, anxiety, and even laziness can feel I’ve been there myself. But I’ve worked hard to turn those challenges into resilience, focus, and confidence, all while creating a judgment-free space for myself and others to grow. As a pre-PA student with a side focus on business and healthcare administration, I deeply understand the pressures of juggling academics, personal goals, and the expectations we put on ourselves. Despite these challenges, I’ve spent years developing strategies to stay organized, motivated, and on track toward achieving my dreams. Now, I’ve been offered spots in PA programs at some of the top 10 schools in the Southeast region, a testament to the power of overcoming obstacles and growing through adversity.

Within two years of experience helping 100+ students, I provide one-on-one coaching focused on public speaking, personal growth, stress management, and mental well-being. My sessions are more than just skill-building I prioritize your mindset, helping you overcome mental barriers like self-doubt and anxiety. For example, I work with students to reframe negative thoughts, build confidence through small, realistic goals, and use mindfulness techniques to stay calm under pressure. We also tackle your specific tasks together, creating structured plans to manage time and stress while staying motivated. My approach ensures you grow not just in your work but in your mental resilience and overall self-assurance.
