About Liesa
Coaching people is important to me because I know from personal experience how much sport and mindset work can transform lives. My own life story has taught me that development begins where we build trust in ourselves and utilize our own resources. It motivates me to guide people in rediscovering their strength, developing a greater sense of security, and facing challenges with confidence. For me, coaching means far more than physical fitness. It's a path to greater zest for life, self-confidence, and inner balance. This is precisely the experience I want to share and support people in shaping their lives actively, powerfully, and with joy.

As a personal trainer for self-defense (Krav Maga), kickboxing, and fitness, I support people in sustainably improving their physical and mental strength. My approach combines effective training with personal development, because strength arises from the interplay of body and mind. In Krav Maga, I teach practical techniques that promote safety, self-confidence, and the ability to act effectively in challenging situations. Kickboxing training improves strength, endurance, coordination, and mental resilience. In addition, I support you in achieving your personal health and performance goals through individually tailored fitness training. A particular focus of my work is systemic coaching. Here, I consider the individual holistically, foster resources, and work with you to identify hindering patterns in order to change them and develop new perspectives. Effective training for personal development.
