About Matti
I have been tutoring since I helped a fellow A Level student prepare for her exams. Through my degree I tutored GCSE and A Level maths online, helping a number of students to improve their grades in their exams. Some of my students even came back to me after their GCSEs for more tutoring!

I believe that the key to success at all levels of maths is truly understanding your techniques, rather than just accepting that they work. Maths can be difficult for many people to grasp, with everyone having their own difficulties. As such, I aim to tailor my lessons to each individual, focusing on your needs rather than trying to make one size fit all. In a typical hour, we might go over an exam question you found particularly difficult, cover a specific concept you want to improve at, or look at a number of questions and talk through how to answer them in an exam. I've been using these techniques to great success in over four years of 1-to-1 tutoring.
