About Mega
I’m an MSc-qualified physiotherapist and Teaching Assistant for undergraduate physiotherapy students. My background as a physiotherapist gives me hands-on experience with the human body, which I bring into my teaching. This means I can explain anatomy, physiology, and movement concepts in a practical, real-world way, helping students connect theory with practice. I have experience teaching Functional Anatomy, Physiology, and Movement Science, supporting students with practical sessions, assignments, and exam preparation. Being a physiotherapist allows me to simplify complex concepts, demonstrate their relevance in real-life scenarios, and make learning engaging and meaningful. My teaching style is friendly, structured, and student-centred. I focus on your goals, adapt lessons to your learning style, and create a supportive environment where questions are welcomed and understanding is built step by step. I’m passionate about teaching because I love helping students gain confidence, truly understand how the body works, and achieve their academic goals.

My lessons focus on Anatomy, Physiology, and Movement Science, delivered in a structured, interactive, and easy-to-follow format. I combine diagrams, real-life examples, and practical explanations to help students grasp difficult concepts and see how theory applies in real-life situations.
Teaching Techniques: Concept-based learning, step-by-step explanations, interactive questioning, and exam-focused strategies. I also use clinical examples from physiotherapy practice to illustrate how the body works, making lessons more relatable and memorable.
Lesson Length: Typically 60 minutes, but flexible depending on your needs. Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged to focus on revision, exam preparation, or specific topics.
Personalised Approach: Each lesson is tailored to your level, learning style, and goals, ensuring you understand topics deeply, retain knowledge effectively, and feel confident.
Practical Application: I emphasise the real-world relevance of anatomy and physiology, showing how muscles, joints, and movement patterns interact in everyday life and clinical settings.
