About Anthony
With over,
- 4 certifications (PT/Sports Nutrition/Performance Exercise Specialist/Cross Training Programming)
- 15 years of strength training ranging from Beginners to Athletes.
- 3 years of coaching Elite hockey and overseeing off ice performances and nutritional intake
I can definitely help get you beyond where you saw yourself. My many years of experience + the wide range of individuals I have dealt with over the years allows me to bring an even more personalized approach to each program and client I over see.
Nobody is built the same, therefore why would programming or nutrition be the same for any 2 individuals.
