In my most recent role, I worked closely with SEN children on a one-to-one basis, designing and implementing bespoke learning plans that supported their personal and academic development. I have a strong awareness and passion for children's learning and development and enjoy being part of and encouraging inclusive education and promoting positive learning techniques. My particular passion is literacy and grammar - I love making this come to life for young learners and helping them fulfil their potential.
