Are Results Guaranteed?
Most students find English challenging because, unlike Maths and Science, there are no set rules on how to approach questions and answers to be found in a textbook. An answer is never really wrong because a student is required to write down what they think and how they feel (for essays). Students are graded on how well they articulate their arguments and opinions. As such, exposure to the language and building general knowledge is tantamount to learning it well.
An improvement in English is always the result of hard work on the student’s part (or the parent’s if the child is still young). Over 90% of students can expect to see a gradual improvement of results in 6 months to a year. This is directly proportionate to the effort and consistency they put into learning English and following my guidelines and recommendations. All students MUST read widely and heavily to accelerate their progress.
