About Mudia
Hi! I am a university student who will be graduating in the summer, and hope to become a languages teacher afterwards. Having had a tough time at high school, I was inspired and motivated by my own teachers, who ensured I could achieve the goals they had set out for me, and ultimately pushed me to want more out of life than I originally had.
I am still studying, so I understand the current world of academic stress more than most, and I know I can build a rapport enough to motivate you, while raising my expectations to the point that you'll have no choice but to raise yours too!

Having been a BSL teacher at university for two years, I have experience hosting weekly lessons to a classroom, as well as private 1-on-1's with struggling students. In these sessions, I prioritised a fun but informative time, in which we played games and completed challenges to ensure that the attendees were able to use the language in a spontaneous real-life situation, while keeping an eye on the educational progress everyone was making through more formal sessions. This kept people coming back to each session and, by the end of each academic year, I could be proud of the progress everyone had made.
A typical lesson would be one hour long to ensure enough time to accomplish a range of goals. Being a native English speaker and full-time language learner, I have the capacity to teach at any level. Having had informal experience teaching both children and teenagers, I can teach any age.
