About Lillian
I am a young professional offering tutoring in biology and related subjects. I graduated from MIT with a bachelor's degree in Biology and have spent 4 years working with data since then. My degree focused mostly on molecular biology and human genetics, and I have strong research interests in gene therapy. In my professional career, I've worked extensively with Excel and SharePoint, and have experience providing technology training to colleagues. I tutored elementary and middle school students during high school.

I tutor students struggling with science at the middle, high school, and undergraduate levels, as well as advanced or gifted students at the middle and high school levels. My approach for struggling students at all levels is to focus on underlying concepts, critical thinking skills, and building confidence. For middle and high school students looking to go beyond classwork, I target the subjects that you're excited about to cover in depth, building gradually on existing knowledge. For students looking to prepare for AP exams in subjects not offered by their school, I can help prepare a study plan, explain difficult material, and practice test skills.
