About Ryan
I am a Research Chemist with extensive knowledge in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. I have experience working in research labs and chemical plants, in addition to my 8 years of experience in tutoring high school and college students. Most of my lessons are 1-on-1, though I am open to group lessons. Many of my students have ADD/ADHD; I have ADHD myself and I have almost 20 years of experience in being scholastically successful with ADHD. Some of my past students have been able increase their grades as much as two letter points, F to C+.

My instruction techniques are fairly simple. I identify what, specifically, a student is having issues in understanding. This could be as simple as asking, "Hey, what are you having trouble with?", but it usually involves going through their work and comparing it to my own. I have many little tips and tricks to help memorize common algebra techniques, physics formulas, chemical reactions, etc.
