About Tyler
I have had a personal meditation and breath work practice for seven years and often I practice on a daily basis. These practices had its genesis in University when I was first exposed to these techniques in a semester long yoga course. I furthered my experience with these practices while in Rishikesh, India while partaking in a 200 hour yoga teacher training. Upon completion of this training I received my accreditation from the Yoga Alliance International as a certified yoga and meditation instructor. Though I have this credential, I will always see myself as a student of these practices and I am excited to share their benefits with my students as we travel on this journey together.

A deep focus on achieving tangible results through the practice of focusing one's attention in meditation and using the power of breath work to relax and reinforce mindfulness. A series of different meditation and breath work techniques will be explored to hone in the student's personal practice preferences. My ultimate goal for students is to give them a set of skills that they can utilize without the need for a teacher in the future. I teach by the motto "give a person a fish they eat for a day, teach them to fish and they eat for a life time."
