About Andra
MY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE I have an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, focusing on helping people change their thoughts and behaviours in positive ways. I'm also a certified wellness and life coach. For over four years, I've worked with individuals to tackle various challenges, from managing emotions and eating well to letting go of fears and learning relaxation techniques like meditation. I keep my coaching methods up-to-date with the latest science, so everything I teach is practical, approachable and designed to meet your personal wellness needs.

Here's what you can expect in our sessions:
HOW I TEACH I use a variety of practical techniques tailored to your wellness goals. We start each session with a relaxed conversation to understand where you're at and what you want to achieve. Then, we dive into exercises that are easy to apply in your everyday life, empowering you to make internal shifts. We’ll explore the main topic in a way that's easy to apply in your everyday life. I like to build a strong foundation before moving to more advanced techniques so you feel clear and confident throughout the process.
SESSION LENGTH You can choose between 30- or 60-minute sessions. In our first consultation, we’ll figure out the best session length for you—enough time to cover the material without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, allowing for plenty of learning and interaction.
WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR? These sessions are for adults of all ages who want to improve their well-being. Whether you're new to mindfulness and wellness practices or have some experience, each session is designed to be flexible and inclusive, welcoming everyone regardless of their wellness journey. You’ll learn practical techniques that can help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease and clarity, no matter where you are in your wellness journey.

Initial 30-minute Zoom calls are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays both am and pm times and in-person and online classes between Monday and Saturday. Studio hire is available for £20 in the Monument (Bank), Marylebone area and Primrose Hill.
