I am a university student in Microbiology and Immunology with extensive tutoring experience in a range of subjects and ages (from elementary school to university). I am passionate about science, especially biology, and love helping other people understand and enjoy these topics as much as I do!

I emphasize learning through doing, while asking guiding questions to help students reach their own conclusions with the minimum necessary support. I find this approach helps them retain information and build confidence in their own abilities. My lessons are highly student-driven, but I like to incorporate practice questions whenever possible, especially if exam preparation is the goal.
I have experience with biology up to and including introductory university-level classes, and have tutored a wide age range from elementary to university students. I specialize in molecular/cell biology and microbiology, but can also tutor other topics in biology.
