About Karen
I have currently completed my second year in Microbiology at the University of Leeds. I have tutored pupils for 2 years, mainly in mathematics and English. In addition to this I have lead mathematics classes and lunchtime mandarin lessons for two years.

My teaching method is based on using analogies to explain mathematical principles and scientific concepts. I listen to why the students are confused to help direct my teaching and tailor it to the individual. As a student myself, I understand the difficulties of learning and hope to help the student excel in their studies.
