About Rathijit
I've completed both of my degrees and master's in Microbiology from respected institutions in our country which has allowed me to come across several excellent opportunities to gain knowledge in the mentioned area. Along with the theoretical perspective, hands-on-experience has helped me procure expertise in almost 10 different practical fields which allows me to explain things with better understanding, to clear conceptual doubts and to bring transparency to the basics. I've always been engaged in critical thinking with my fellow batchmates as well as with my juniors to clarify their doubts. Also i have presented in several seminars conducted during my studying which has developed my teaching skills more and induced the urge to take it to the next step!

My teaching includes-
1) A brief start with the basic knowledge of the subject
2) Based on point (1), i go in deep with the subject in sequential manner
3) An open discussion about a particular topic in details, drawing practical examples to correlate
4) Letting the student finding an answer with critical thinking is the first step that i follow and then giving answers to most of the questions that start with a ''why''
5) Taking tests for the discussed topics is one of the most important tactics i like to follow to upgrade the ability in understanding the subject.
