About Harleen
"My name is Harleen Marwa. I have completed my B.Sc. (Hons.) in Microbiology and have developed a strong interest in understanding microorganisms and their role in health, disease, food safety, and the environment. During my studies and internship, I enjoyed learning practical laboratory techniques and scientific concepts.
I want to share my knowledge because I believe education becomes meaningful when it inspires curiosity and confidence. I enjoy explaining concepts in a simple and relatable way, and it gives me satisfaction when someone understands a topic that they previously found difficult. As a teacher, I want to help students build a strong foundation in microbiology, encourage critical thinking, and motivate them to apply science in real-life situations

"My teaching method will focus on helping students understand concepts instead of just memorizing them. I'll connect microbiology with real-life examples such as food spoilage, infections, probiotics, antibiotic resistance, and everyday hygiene. I'll encourage discussions, case studies, and problem-solving rather than one-way lectures. Whenever possible, I'll use laboratory demonstrations, videos, diagrams, and simple activities to make abstract concepts easier to understand. I also believe in regular quizzes, doubt-solving sessions, and interactive learning so students stay engaged. My goal is to make microbiology interesting, practical, and relevant to students' future careers."
