I explain the history of cinema to anyone who is seriously interested in cinema in the form of conversation, sampling and homework. For International Relations and European history, it will be more beneficial for you to have a background on the subject. I think these topics will be especially useful for politics and economics students. I plan to process these courses in the form of pre-reading, discussion and article assignments. Of course I'll be open to suggestions as well.
