About Chester
I have always been ready to meet any challenge. I am able to manage diverse classes with multi-cultural groups from confrontational backgrounds by finding common interest and delineating our roles in the classroom. Having taught in four vastly different countries has helped me identify different approaches to teaching and understand what each school requires. It has made me adapt as a teacher to identify with school objectives, which creates a shared sense of belonging.
