About Yuktha
I am a student studying Medicine at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. I used to teach secondary and primary school student for 2 years but had a break from tutoring to focus on my A levels. All my students were satisfied with my teaching and went on to improve their grades by at least 2 levels. I would like to help students again in achieving their best, and offer a range of studying and revision strategies to enhance their study skills and grades.

I teach A level students who are studying Chemistry or Biology, but can also help with university applications, specialising in how to get a Medicine offer. I tend to base my classes around the students' curriculum, but am always open to hear about the students wishes or trouble areas and will focus on those. My lesson structure consists of explaining the topic, testing the student and then providing homework, all while quizzing the student to make sure they understand the subject at hand. I am confident and organised, so will strive to encourage and be patient with the student. My past students have always found me friendly, but also professional - both qualities that I believe are essential to be a tutor. I have a range of sources and material to help the student practise their work as I believe that practise makes perfect.
