About Christianah
I am a medical student and I have been a tutor with a different for 2 years, primarily for 11+ preparation and many of the students I taught have gone on to pass their 11+ and go to the grammar schools of their choice. I have also been an academic tutor at the GCSE level, helping students to feel more confident going into exams and mock exams, helping them in their areas of weakness (especially in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry, however, I am open to teaching a variety of subjects).

My teaching method is based on optimising the student's strengths and improving upon their weaknesses. I will give them different methods and studying techniques that can be applied to various subjects and help them understand what they are doing, not just solving the problem in front of them.
I will use workbooks and worksheets to teach, following the layout of the book (i.e. progressing from chapter 1 to chapter 2) and the end of each session I will ask the student any particular areas that they are struggling in so I can find resources relating to that topic and go through it in the next session.
