About Sofia
I have been a science geek since middle school, eventually achieving all A*s in 9 GCSEs and 5 A levels. However, that journey was far from simple, and, along the way, I learnt a lot about time management and study skills, eventually mastering the art of learning and successfully applying for a BSc in Medical Biosciences at Imperial College London, where I have excelled as a first-class student for two consecutive years and have been recognised on the Dean's List in first year. My own academic journey has inspired me to help younger students to gather the academic skills required to achieve their maximum potential!

A lesson typically lasts 1 hour and is suitable for students taking Biology and Chemistry at GCSE and A level.
My approach is entirely client-centred. Some may be only interested in achieving specific grades whilst others may want to simply learn more about the subject and explore concepts beyond their school curriculum. I can accommodate for both! With 6 months of tutoring experience and further education in both biology and chemistry, I have learnt to teach students of different levels of understanding and interest in the subjects.
