About Strentor -
I am a PEPT Certified Level 2 Fitness Trainer and a Nutrition Advisor. I have been training people for different fitness goals like fat loss, muscle building, weight gain, stamina building and powerlifting.
I am also an accomplished Para Powerlifter. I started active Para Powerlifting in October 2017 while working with J P Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd. I am so passionate about Para Powerlifting that even with hectic work schedule, didn’t miss the gym on most of the days
I worked out in 2 different gyms with 2 different trainers to get the best of both trainers. I started participating in Para Powerlifting competitions from July 2018. I have won medals in every event
I have won 7 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal and 1 Bronze Medal in less than a year. I won Gold Medal, Best Lifter Award and Strongman Award in my Second State Para Powerlifting Championship in May 2019
I took part in my first National Para Powerlifting Championship in March 2019.

I believe that one size does not fit all. Hence, I customise my fitness and meal plans not just according to your fitness goals but according to your living conditions, working conditions, lifestyle and eating habits as well. I believe that to achieve a fitness goal, it should be long term and sustainable. Anybody can help you lose lots of kgs in 1 month, but not many will teach you how to lose slow and steady in a healthy way. Not many will teach you to listen to your own body so that you can make mindful decisions in long term for your own fitness. So if you are looking for a quick fix, then I am not the right person for you. But if you are looking for someone who can help you grow as a healthy mind, with a strong attitude, with a fit body; then feel free to contact me and let's discuss your fitness goals.
