About Joshua
I have completed my mechatronics engineering degree and I found that breaking down problems I got incorrect and through vigorous repetition, I was able to understand my course work, in turn helping me to complete my degree.
I have mentored three first years applying the same principles and look to assist new students who are also aspiring to be engineers to improve their mathematics to ensure entry into universities of their choice.
I look forward to working with you and helping you to achieve the marks which you believe you are capable of.

I believe an effective way to improve in math is through repetition and learning from mistakes.
My goal is to act as a support to help you find ways to approach math questions so that they can answer them on your own.
Lessons will include the student demonstration of sections they are struggling with. Students will attempt one to two questions in that section, showing me step-by-step how they would approach the question. I will look to correct or modify the approach to help students understand where they are making errors. Once corrected I will have students perform more questions with modified or corrected approaches to reaffirm the way in which can effectively answers the question.
My lessons are aimed at grade 11 and grade 12 students.
