About Bea
I am a mechatronic engineer, and I graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2022. I have been working in the electric vehicle industry, but wish to pursue further studies in master's. I will be tutoring full-time until January 2026, and part-time thereafter. I am passionate about one’s success in mathematics largely being impacted by your confidence, and also the way the subject is taught. Math is not scary, it is extraordinary! I love working with people, and if we have a goal in mind, I will do whatever I can to reach it.

My teaching style will largely be impacted by the student needs and their curriculum. From experience - both in being a student and teaching them - a broad understanding of the theory at hand is the first very important step. Thereafter, practice will prepare and expose the student to different applications of the work, further broadening understanding. The final, yet crucial step will be to learn how the questions will be asked- how to spot the solution, and how to read the question correctly.
