About Elisa
Hello! I'm Elisa, and I'm currently a senior at UC Berkeley studying Mechanical Engineering (B.S.) with a minor in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). I have a multidisciplinary background as I've taken 15 AP exams and received 5s in all of them. I've taken everything from AP Chinese to AP Government and AP Psychology. I've taught both publicly as an afterschool tutor for elementary school as well as privately at a Saturday school. I hope to be able to guide your children to better understand what they may be struggling in at school!

I specialize in SAT tutoring and K-12 STEM. I'm also available for English and Chinese tutoring. I've taught for 4+ years, and I make sure students retain and understand the information instead of just memorizing it.
My lessons consist of teaching the student the material with examples as well as guiding the student through practice problems and understanding and working through problems on their own. I've used this method to score 5s on 15 AP exams, as well as an 800 on the math section of the SATs. I hope to be able to help children and teenagers develop a better grasp on what they may struggle with.
